Compliance Monitoring and Safety Manager

The Compliance Monitoring and Safety Manager role is an overview and holds responsibility for all aspects of safety and compliance across the company and to ensure that the activities of the SaxonAir Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Crew Training and Maintenance Departments are being carried out under the supervision of the relevant Post Holder to the standards required by the UK CAA, and to ensure compliance with the applicable external requirements.

We are seeking a candidate with the following as a requirement;

  • Experience within an aviation engineering and/or operational compliance management environment
  • Extensive knowledge of EU-OPS/ EASA OPS and ICAO regulations
  • Good knowledge of EASA Part M and Part 145 regulations
  • Lead auditor trained to ISO 9001 standard or equivalent

Charter Operations Officer

The Operations Officer role is primarily to provide operational support to the aircraft fleet. A thorough knowledge of all company operations processes and the regulatory environment is essential. Operations officers are the pro-active troubleshooters responsible for arranging and dispatching flights worldwide. There will also be a degree of charter sales activity in this role.

Licensed Engineers / Airworthiness Personnel

SaxonAir are looking for business aviation experienced B1/B2 engineers / experienced Continuing Airworthiness personnel to support continued development of the company’s engineering and Part M activities.  These are full-time roles and based at SaxonAir’s headquarters in Norwich and candidates will expect some weekend working and travel to aircraft locations and third party engineering organisations on behalf of the company.  Candidates will work closely with the current team and together be a part of developing the business.
