Saxon Air’s Business Aviation Centre terminal at Norwich Airport ensures a seamless experience, whether you’re a business executive, aircraft owner, or trainee pilot. Enjoy a warm welcome in our modern facilities, including a comfortable lounge with free WiFi, work areas, and meeting rooms. We offer bespoke in-flight meals, arrange transportation, and provide pilots with meteorological data and briefing room access.
With expertise across various aircraft types, from small helicopters to long-range jets, Saxon Air provides comprehensive FBO handling services. From marshalling and towing to fuelling and overnight hangarage, our facilities are available 7 days a week, 7:30 am to 19:00 pm (later on request), excluding Christmas Day.

Head of Ground Operations (Fixed Wing)
Ground Operations (Fixed Wing) is a high pressure and intrinsic part of the business, as I like to call it, “the heartbeat”. The department is responsible for the safe and compliant flying of the fleet of fixed wing aircrafts. Our main roles are flight planning and scheduling of the aircraft. We cover all other aspects including flight crew scheduling and airport auditing of standards.
We are made up of a very hard-working team that is always supporting each other. The team is made up of 5 people. Head Of Ground Operations, Deputy Ground Operations Manager, two Senior Operations Controllers and Junior Operations Controllers
I joined the team beginning of 2025, however, I have worked for other companies that had ties with Saxon Air and always enjoyed the working relationship. When I was asked to join Saxon Air I jumped at the chance as I liked their ethics. The staff are very welcoming and the community work undertaken is above any other company I have worked for.
