Saxon Air is a unique, progressive and inclusive company that embodies the definition of a ‘family business’. Established in 2007 with a vision of providing flexible, convenient, and cost-effective business flights, Saxon Air initially had just five staff, one helicopter, and one jet. Acquired by Klyne Aviation Group in 2009, the company expanded its fleet and staff expertise with the steady and inspirational guidance of Roger Klyne.
From these family values a strong foundation of excellence, inspiration, inclusivity, respect and innovation was laid. From this beginning, the company has thrived, with its people firmly at the centre of our success and ambition. Offering a supportive, empowering and collaborative culture, we believe our biggest asset is our employees. Room to grow, to develop, to innovate, enabling the company to move forward together as a team.
At Saxon Air we look for passion and innovation – we don’t believe that you should start in one role in our company and stay in one place, if your talent shines through for another part of the organisation. Progression opportunities with Saxon Air are available!

This is achieved through training, safety meetings, communication and investigating when things go wrong.
Compliance Monitoring is about performing spot checks to see whether the rules and procedures that have been written are working and being adhered to. Safety and Compliance Monitoring work together as Compliance Monitoring inspects to see if the activities undertaken as part of the safety aspect of the role are working.
